sgt-d 27 Nov : 11:00 @corbienelson in my case it was right after i destroyed windows msi database with m$'s official msi "repair" tool. for me there was no resolution, i had to stop using it until i formatted.
sgt-d 27 Nov : 10:59 @corbienelson second report of this in the wild and i saw it once too. not sure what causes it. does it work on other pc's for you? or a vm?
